Boothbay Region YMCA
There’s something for everyone at the Boothbay Region YMCA! State- of-the-art fitness facilities with free weights, personal training, over 45 weekly group fitness classes and a friendly, knowledgeable staff to help you get started and stay motivated. There is also a full-size gymnasium for basketball, floor hockey, dodgeball, and volleyball, as well as a field house that hosts tennis and basketball courts and an Olympic size track.
Wicked Good Yoga
At Wicked Good Yoga you can “Begin Anywhere”, whether you are new to yoga or already have a consistent practice. Our classes are All Levels, whether Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Restorative Yoga. You are guided through classes by experienced teachers who encourage you to listen to your own body, and modify, or amplify your practice to your own level.
Crow Point Yoga
Crow Point Yoga is a community studio offering classes for everyone, including Hot Power Yoga, Yoga Over 60, Yoga For Men, Kids Yoga, Tai Chi and Restorative Yoga. The studio is tranquil and relaxing, committed to whole body wellness. Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork is also available.
Escape Room
Escape Rooms are a LIVE version of the popular online games. You will be “locked” in a room with friends or strangers and must work together to “escape.” This is an indoor adventure suitable for adults and high school age teens. You’ll be in a group of 3-8 fun loving, adventure seeking, puzzle solving people, and you’ll work together using each other’s strengths to solve the mystery and “GET OUTTA THERE” before the clock runs out. Don’t worry, no special skills required. Just teamwork and a sense of adventure!!
Monkey C Monkey Do
Maine’s premiere high-flying family adventure park with zip lines!!!! Navigate through over 60 obstacles from 12 to 50 feet in the air then zoom along one of the 8 zip lines or the giant swing and do it all over again! This uniquely designed course offers multiple levels of difficulty, so no matter where your “comfort level” lies, you are sure to have an experience you won’t soon forget!
The Rumpus Room
The Rumpus Room is a safe, clean, active and creative play space for babies and kids ages 0-6. They offer a space where children are welcome to run, jump, climb, imagine and play to their heart’s content. Some of the offerings include a motor room with large ship playset, ball pit, dome climber, caterpillar tunnel, balance beam and CedarWorks indoor playset, a reading and puzzle room, indoor Bounce House, an imaginative play room with CedarWorks playhouse, train table, market, kitchen, dollhouse, dress-up, and a baby area.
