Valid credit card required to guarantee reservation and check in. Must be 21+ to check in to the inn. Check-in is 4:00pm to 10:00pm with self check-in after 10:00pm. Rates are based on double occupancy, check-in date, and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. Totals are estimated based on number of guests, current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay. Additional guests, and or children will be charged to your accommodation based on the number of guests selected.
Additional Guest & Child Policy
Children ages 0-6 stay for FREE. Each additional guest over the age of seven is an additional $25 dollars per person per night.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservations and will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
If you book a non-refundable, Advance Purchase Rate, 100% of the rate will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Advance Purchase Rates require 21 day advance purchase. Full payment taken at the time of booking. No refunds, changes, or cancellations may be made after booking.
June 2020 —
If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancelation fee ($25 for rooms and $75 for cottages). Cancelations that occur within 3 days of arrival will not be refunded.
July and August 2020 —
If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancelation fee ($25 for rooms and $75 for cottages). Cancelations that occur within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded.
September and October 2020 —
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancelation fee ($25 for rooms and $75 for cottages). Cancelations that occur within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded.
If you choose to rebook your reservation to a later date you will not be charged a $25 cancelation fee and the deposit will be converted into a gift certificate for a future stay.
Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable but can be converted into a gift certificate for a future stay.
Two complimentary “grab and go” boxes per room will be available at the Front Desk from 7:30-9:30am. Additional boxes may be purchased for $9 each.

Newagen Seaside Inn is a non-smoking property. The ocean breezes here on the tip of the island means that smoke always finds its way indoors, so our only smoking area is in our parking lot. The use of any item that burns, such as candles or incense, is not permitted. Evidence of smoking in rooms may result in a deep cleaning fee equal to one night’s room rate.
Our property does not permit pets.
Though we are indeed animal lovers, for the health, safety and convenience of other guests, and to provide the cleanest accommodations possible, only officially certified service dogs (not including animals designated for emotional support) are permitted on the property. The front desk will gladly assist you in making local kennel arrangements for your pet.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the property and is free for guests to use.
